For the Praline Topping:
β 1 cup chopped or halved pecans
β Β½ cup granulated sugar
β ΒΌ cup unsalted butter
β 2 tbsp light corn syrup (or golden syrup)
β ΒΌ tsp salt
β Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
For Garnish (Optional):
β Whipped cream or whipped topping
β Extra pecan halves
β Flaky sea salt (for a salty-sweet touch)
